Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to bay rentals booked through PTP’s Lift & Fix online or by staff.
Cancel or reschedule online
Logged-in customers can cancel or reschedule upcoming bookings from the portal dashboard, subject to the windows below.
Booking windows
- Minimum notice: Book at least 1 hour before your bay time.
- Maximum advance: Book up to 30 days ahead.
Notice periods
- 4+ hours before start: Cancel or reschedule free from your portal dashboard.
- Less than 4 hours: Online cancel and reschedule are closed. Contact us if you need help.
- No-show: Full booked time may be charged and future booking privileges may be limited.
How to cancel
Use Cancel on your portal dashboard, or email info@liftandfix.ca with your name, booking date, and confirmation ID.
Memberships
When membership plans launch, separate membership cancellation terms will apply and be posted here.
