These terms are between you and 1001342119 ONTARIO INC., which operates the trade name PTP’s Lift & Fix at liftandfix.ca and the customer portal.

By using liftandfix.ca, our waitlist, or customer portal, you agree to these terms.

Self-serve garage

PTP’s Lift & Fix provides workspace, lifts, and tools. You perform your own vehicle work. We do not provide repair labour on your vehicle unless separately agreed in writing.

Accounts and booking

You are responsible for keeping your portal login secure and for activity under your account. Bookings are subject to availability, posted rates, and our cancellation policy.

Waivers

Bay access requires a signed waiver. You agree to follow posted shop rules and staff safety directions.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1001342119 ONTARIO INC. (operating as PTP’s Lift & Fix) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or bays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
